Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang has clarified one of the biggest doubts around the company’s new SoC N1, which is identical to the GB10 Superchip that already powers the DGX Spark system.
The GB10 chip, also called the Grace Blackwell Superchip, was developed in collaboration with MediaTek.
Use of the N1 in DGX Spark and Other ProductsHuang confirmed that the N1 will be used inside the DGX Spark, as well as in several other similar product versions.
At the same time, Nvidia confirmed that its ARM and x86 roadmaps will continue in parallel, even after the company’s recent partnership with Intel.
This confirmation from Nvidia ends the speculation: there will not be a separate “N1” chip apart from the GB10.
