A couple of first-time goal scorers helped the Kemptville 73’s defeat the Carleton Place Canadians over the weekend. Both Konrad Karon and Nolan Tym picked up their first markers in the Central Canada Hockey League in Carleton Place on Sunday afternoon as the 73’s beat the Canadians 5-2.
