Hundreds of kids are going to camp thanks to the YMCA Fill the Bus campaign.
“The final amount, and there’s still some coming in, is $120,500 which is by far our best result,” says Michelle Ainger, co-chair of the YMCA Fill the Bus committee.
It’s always a great time with Kevin and Mike, and raising money for charity,” says Ainger.
“The YMCA always has that need, and they have the mandate that they’ll never turn anyone away,” says Ainger.
“We help them do the fundraising, so that money doesn’t have to come from elsewhere in the budget, out of operations.”Donations are still being accepted at fillthebus.ca
