Here’s why I’m all for a more expensive AirPods Pro model. And for the six years of the product’s life, Apple has priced AirPods Pro at $249. The current AirPods Pro 3 will still be available at $249, but Apple plans to also launch a higher-end AirPods Pro 3 model with infrared cameras to enable AI features. And yet, despite my contentment with AirPods Pro 3, I’m still very intrigued by the thought of a higher-end option. And if the new enhancements prove compelling, a more premium model of AirPods Pro is an idea I’m fully behind.
