No party other than GOSL shall derive any rights from the Financing Agreement or have any claim to the proceeds of the Financing. The Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, Food Security and Rural Development through the Water Resources Management Agency (WRMA), the Implementing Agency, now wishes to procure consultancy services for a full-time Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of the activities under the Project. The objective of the consultancy is to provide project management support for a range of activities in the areas of routine project management, financial management, technical implementation, stakeholder engagement, reporting and coordination of deliverables of the project. The duration of the assignment is expected to be for a period of twenty- six (26) months on a full-time basis. The Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, Food Security and Rural Development - Water Resources Management Agency (WRMA) now invites interested eligible individual consultants to submit Expressions of Interest indicating qualifications and experience required to provide these consultancy services.
