On the defendant’s phone, officers found messages relating supplying cannabis and trying to get people to deal for him by saying they could make “serious money”. Drug dealer Miguel Ada was caught hiding in the shower when police raided a Neyland home. Ada was found with eight wraps of crack cocaine – worth up to £240 – a Nokia phone, cash, and two small quantities of cannabis. An analysis of the phone found Ada had sent “a large number” of messages advertising the availability of crack cocaine for sale. Ada, 22, pleaded guilty to possession with intent to supply cocaine and crack cocaine, being concerned in the supply of cannabis, being concerned in making an offer to supply crack cocaine, and possession of cannabis.
