A restraining order has been issued on the appeal of the Pakhtunkhwa government. The law is that if a private institution fires a laborer, it will pay his dues. He said that if the private institution does not pay the dues, the laborer can appeal to the relevant department. He said that the court should suspend the PHC decision and also issue a restraining order. After the arguments, the Constitutional Court has issued a restraining order on the decision.
