400 SHARES Share Tweet [mc4wp_form id=33047]The Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND) has disbursed a total sum of N42,787,200.00 to 339 students of Adeyemi Federal University of Education in Ondo, Ondo State. The disbursement, made on August 28, 2025, covers institutional charges for the 2024/2025 academic session. Popoola acknowledged receipt of the funds in a letter dated September 5, 2025, and commended the management of NELFUND for their intervention. As of September 23, 2025, NELFUND said it has disbursed a total of ₦99,553,077,293 in student loans, benefiting 510,378 students across the country. The Federal Government established the NELFUND to provide financial support to students and promote access to quality education in Nigeria.
