Over 100,000 ITF SUPA Trainees To Undergo CIPMN Test On Soft Skills

533 SHARES Share Tweet [mc4wp_form id=33047]About 100,000 trainees that are participating in the second phase of the Industrial Training Fund’s Skill-Up Artisans (SUPA) programme nationwide will sit for examinations on Wednesday.
He emphasized that internationally accredited certifications will reduce unemployment and address related socio-economic challenges by equipping artisans with marketable skills.
Ogun highlighted the SUPA programme’s certification framework, which integrates globally recognized qualifications to enhance employability of trainees.
Shedding light on the SUPA certification process, Dr Ogun said it involves a three-tiered training structure: the Foundation phase for basic skills assessment, SUPA I for soft skills development (culminating in the upcoming CIPMN exams), and SUPA II for advanced technical training.
Ogun commended the Chartered Institute of Project Management of Nigeria(CIPMN) Abuja, for its role in implementing the SUPA programme.
