Mentoring and Inspiring Women in Radio Inc. (MIW), the 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to advancing female leadership in radio, and the National Association of Broadcasters Leadership Foundation (NABLF), are accepting application for its 2025 LAUNCH Mentorship Program — but only for the next several days.
Sponsored by Mr. Master and Premiere Networks, the annual program is accepting applications through September 29.
Launched in 2023, LAUNCH champions emerging female talent in radio with a focus on engineering, audio production, and technical operations.
This unique year-long mentorship pairs a rising professional with a seasoned industry leader for one-on-one coaching and deep exposure to the technical side of broadcasting.
The selected mentee will gain hands-on insight into FCC compliance, RF systems, EAS, IP-based broadcast systems, automation, and network operations.
