The Broadcasters Foundation of America has added two senior industry executives to its board of directors, naming Radio Advertising Bureau President and Chief Executive Mike Hulvey and Audacy Chief Business Officer Chris Oliviero as its newest members. The appointments broaden the foundation’s reach across the radio sector. “Mike and Chris each bring unique experience to our board,” said BFOA Chairman Scott Herman. The BFOA provides financial support to broadcasters facing hardship due to illness, accident, or natural disaster. Over the past 15 years, annual grantmaking has expanded substantially, climbing from roughly $400,000 in 2007 to nearly $2 million in 2024.
