A new Sprouts Farmers Market will start serving St. Petersburg shoppers on Nov. 14. The 23,000-square-foot store sits at 3411 32nd Ave. South, anchoring the massive Sky Town project in the Skyway Marina District. This store marks a key milestone for the $800 million Sky Town project. Starting in Phoenix, Sprouts now runs 415 stores across the U.S., with over 50 in Florida alone. The store traces back to 2002, when the Boney family of San Diego wanted to make fresh food more accessible.
