South Carolina is literally losing millions of dollars on sales and service in state tax revenue and job creation....somebody has to fix those EVs. Politicians get money from dealerships but overall the tax revenue generated by Tesla, Lucid and other EVs could generate millions for SC tax revenue. There are still a great many people who feel more comfortable going to a dealership they know has been around for years, so I don't think the dealers will take a big hit.
