Hello-- this whole delay on the P of W bridge repair to rails, stinks of interference by the City of Ottawa, which most likely wants ALL the limelight on THEIR faces. Especially that of the present mayor. MOOSE can only inject better and complementary additions to the whole transportation issue in the Eastern Ontario region. Definitely there is political blockage and interference in this whole thing. Too bad.
