If she is Cree, she would speak Cree. If she only speaks Inuktitut, she is Inuk. Edit: OK, just realised you referred to a different person. I thought it was the same lady. Anyway, my daughter is half Inuk so I am all too familiar with the way Montreal police treat aboriginal people.
