Really now, this is supposed to be news? The problem of garbage, appliances, wrecked cars, has been there for the 17 years I have had my house in AXA. The only damage I received from Irma was from the flying lumber from my contractor neighbor. Now one cares because the wrecked cars all belong to a "cousin."
