Fact Check: The consulting firm hired has less than 40 tears experience and has worked only on lakefronts in the US. Zero experience in the Caribbean or ocean marinas and has never designed or built a Superyacht marina! The ANT was never consulted and NO credible environmental impact study was conducted. Impractical idea, little return on investment, no proven demand for the Marina, maintenance costs not even mentioned!
