Books, Beer, & PoliticsJoin three Triangle-based national journalists for drinks and discussion at Durham’s Motorco Music Hall, where they will talk about the stories behind their new books and the future of North Carolina and national politics. All proceeds from the evening will support The Assembly’s reporting and our work to strengthen local journalism in North Carolina. He’s won a Pulitzer Prize for National Reporting at PolitiFact, the Manship Prize for New Media in Democratic Discourse, and the Everett Dirksen Award for Distinguished Coverage of Congress. He won the Toner Prize for Excellence in National Political Reporting for his coverage of the 2020 presidential election. Books by Bruni, Adair, and Graham are available for purchase from Flyleaf Books and will be sold at the event.
