A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, May 17, 2025 at the American Legion Post #150 , 221 N Perkins St., Rushville, IN from 11 am to 2 pm for Stephen Ray Dice, son of Raymond and Rowena Dice. Steve was born on February 24, 1947 and passed away on October 24, 2024.
