Trevor Pearce, 63, formerly of Castell Road in Loughton was previously convicted of three counts of making indecent photographs of children and one count of possessing prohibited images of children in September 2021. He was also placed on the sex offender’s register for ten years and is subject to the Sex Offender Notification Requirements. On September 3 at Chelmsford Crown Court Pearce plead guilty to 12 counts of making an indecent image of children and one count of possessing extreme pornographic images. He also entered a guilty plea to one count of recording an image under clothing to observe another without their consent and one count of breaching a Sexual Harm Prevention Order. “Pearce’s excuses and denials in interview were wholly undermined by the evidence we compiled, and left him no option but to plead guilty.
