How very sad. Arthur was such a lovely man, always smiling, kind, generous and so entertaining with his many stories. He made such a good impression on everyone he met. I was particularly grateful that he looked after our overseas delegates so well when we have organised conferences in Liverpool. He will be sadly missed.
