['Paul Berger', 'Kvmr Board', 'Kvmr Broadcasters']
KVMR Community Radio
On my show Dawn Eclectica I do an occasional feature called Copycats, where I describe copyright infringement battles between artists and composers.
And If you’ve been following this series, you know that Led Zeppelin is the World Champion of rip off artists.
On Led Zepellin II, Zep had a monster hit called “Whole Lotta Love.” Jimmy Page and Robert Plant, along with their two sidemen, were listed as composers.
Page and Plant had always maintained they were influenced by, but did not copy black American bluesmen.
He sued the Brits for ripping off a song he wrote called “You Need Love,” made famous by Muddy Waters.
