Yesterday’s show was an exotic experience but close to home—the Sikh Festival in nearby Yuba City, California which attracts 100,000 faithful from California and out of state. The 3-day festival includes fireworks, a large bazaar, a parade, temple worship and a free public feast to celebrate harvest. This year’s Festival was Yuba City’s 50th. The Golden Temple in Amritsar is the most visited temple in all of the Sikh faith.
