KVMR’s Women’s Collective will be honoring Women’s History Month with special programs throughout the month of March. Women’s History Month has been observed annually in the month of March in the United States since 1987. The National Women’s History Alliance encourages communities throughout the country to honor local women who bring and have historically brought these priceless gifts to their families, workplaces, and neighborhoods, sometimes at great sacrifice.
