This Sunday evening (9/4) at 8PM, KVMR broadcaster Peter Blachley is pleased to announce a special guest on his R Town Radio Show. Musician Byron Isaaks,who records and tours with The Lumineers. Byron played bass for Levon Helm’s famous MidnightRambles and played on both of Levon Helm’s Grammy-winning albums (writing thesong Calvary on Dirt Farmer.) During his long career, Byron Isaaks has recorded and or performed with Willie Nelson, Joan Baez, Bruce Springsteen, Rosanne Cash, Jackson Browne and many others. KVMR’s Peter Blachley met Byron while living in New York City and Bryon contributed the bass parts on Peter’s debut album, Nevada Sky.
