Weimar — Parents as Teachers of Rural South-Central Texas, in collaboration with the Stanzel Model Aircraft Museum, hosted a joyful International Literacy Day celebration on Saturday, September 6th. The event brought together 133 community members, uniting families in a day filled with reading, exploration, and hands-on activities. “Little Readers * Big Adventures” truly came to life thanks to the collaboration of Parents as Teachers, the Stanzel Museum, and the incredible support of organizations like Building Resilience Inclusion Diversity and Growth thru Education ( BRIDGE), along with Elaine Hernandez.
