An obstruction on the M5 northbound caused slow traffic this morning, Tuesday, September 23. Motorists were warned of traffic building up as the result of an obstruction on the M5 northbound at J11A A417 (Gloucester / Cirencester). The obstruction was cleared at approximately 8.58am, with traffic returning to normal soon afterwards.
