At the 2nd roundabout take the 2nd exit for A429 Stow. At the 2nd roundabout take the 2nd exit towards the M5 Gloucester A436. At the traffic lights continue straight ahead towards the next set of traffic lights and then turn right towards A419 Swindon, A429 Cirencester.
