Coordinating new housing development with rail projects, in particular leveraging development opportunities around stations, could be the key to ensuring our Government can build the high-quality, well-connected housing the UK needs. This further demonstrates that railway stations have the potential to create resilient, connected communities across the UK. Building houses and communities around railway stations is an essential component to achieving the Government’s housing and growth objectives.
