Clemson head football coach Dabo Swinney was the subject of online trolling after his Tigers suffered a 34-21 home upset loss at the hands of the Syracuse Orange on Saturday. As seen at the 23:50 mark of the video, Swinney asked, "What's so bad about our program?" Before Swinney was elevated to head coach in 2008, Clemson's only national championship came back in 1981. However, Swinney led Clemson to nine ACC titles in 14 years from 2011 to 2024, and the Tigers won national championships in 2016 and 2018. Despite knowing they were under the microscope and in desperate need of a win Saturday, the Tigers came out flat, going down 10-0 in the first quarter and 24-7 in the second quarter.
