Kris Statlander beat Toni Storm, Jamie Hayter and Thekla in a four-way match at All Out on Saturday to win the AEW Women's World Championship. Despite Hayter rushing to her defense, "Timeless" Toni didn't react positively, likely due to the fact that they are former rivals who did battle for the AEW women's world title on multiple occasions in the past. In choosing Hayter, Statlander and Thekla as her opponents, Storm opted to go up against three supremely talented wrestlers who have all achieved varying degrees of accomplishments in AEW. Hayter held the AEW women's world title once before, and while injuries in recent years prevented her from getting back to the top of the mountain, All Out offered her a massive opportunity to do so. However, she entered All Out having yet to hold the AEW women's world title.
