Two potential future NFL quarterbacks faced off Saturday as Michigan's Bryce Underwood and Nebraska's Dylan Raiola battled in Lincoln's Memorial Stadium. Underwood ultimately helped lead Michigan to a 30-27 victory by going 12-for-22 for 105 passing yards, while adding 61 rushing yards and a rushing touchdown on eight carries. Underwood helped Michigan climb out to an early 10-0 lead by running in a 37-yard touchdown at the end of the first quarter. This might not be the last time Raiola and Underwood meet as opponents, either at the college level or as pros. For now, both Michigan and Nebraska will enter a bye week before returning to play on Saturday, Oct. 4.
