Toronto-based condominium developer Brad Lamb says he expects to build a multi-tower condominium project on the Bronson Ave. site of the current Ottawa Construction Association (OCA) headquarters, with a building permit value of approximately $42 million and overall $90 million development value. He expects contractors and sub-trades working on the company’s current and recent Ottawa projects will be contracted to work on the new site. Lamb said he is satisfied with the work of Daoust Construction who has worked on the developer’s first Ottawa project, Gotham, and “they (Daoust) are going to get SOBA and Bronson.”
