Minnesota Lynx guard DiJonai Carrington will miss the rest of the 2025 WNBA playoffs with a "significant" sprain in her left foot, the team announced Saturday. The sprain will sideline her for the Lynx's upcoming semifinal series against the Phoenix Mercury, which tips off Sunday at 5 p.m. Carrington suffered the left foot injury on Wednesday during the Lynx's 75-74 series-clinching Game 2 win over the Golden State Valkyries. Carrington left Thursday's Game 2 for the last time with 2:57 remaining in the fourth quarter. Losing Carrington will provide a significant test of the Lynx's bench depth heading into the upcoming series against the Mercury.
