Dallas Cowboys head coach Brian Schottenheimer told reporters Monday that the defense "will make changes" after getting torched by the Chicago Bears' passing attack on Sunday. "Some might be scheme," he said, referring to the pending adjustments. In the past two weeks alone, the defense has given up 720 yards and seven touchdowns through the air, offering minimal resistance to opposing quarterbacks and wide receivers. It's hard not to point out that the Cowboys chose to trade superstar edge-rusher Micah Parsons ahead of the 2025 season, a player who certainly would have benefitted the pass defense given his ability to consistently provide pressure. Through three games, the Cowboys have four sacks.
