The three I mentioned are now the top tier female pop artists along with T Swift. Gaga fell down to the lower tier. She's B-list. See in my opinion pop means popular. Gaga isn't the most popular anymore. If you can't drop a platinum album in the US then you've fallen from A-list to B-list in popdom.
