G.U.Y was a commercial, commercial failure, a very normal pop song that doesn't particularly fall outside of the frame of what we know from pop. The lyrical content is infantile and unpoetic. Zedd is about as far away as one can be from unorthodox, the work I have heard by him is basically rehashes of work from people who already did what he does, decades ago. Gaga rehashes past popular landscapes and like a girl with a crayon who doesn't know what she's doing, nothing "fine art/classicism/subcultural output (you've got to be joking)/highbrow material". Venus sounds like a copy and paste hatchet job from the '70s and the album cobbled together. "high brow" and her work don't go together.
You sound like from her marketing department.
