Stories like this just proves that the Federal Government is out of control and cannot be trusted to spend tax payer funds wisely. Every year, Congress wants to automatically increase the entire budget by 10% without conducting by agency and program how money is spent and what benefits we get from these expenditures. Do to all the waste, inefficiencies, redundancies and lack of accountability, the upcoming budget needs be cut by 10% versus the 2017 budget. If this does not occur, within a few years we will be $30 trillion dollars in debt, instead of $20 trillion where we are today. Debts loads of this magnitude will eventually cause the entire economy and government to collapse. This is what happen to Germany in the early 1900's.
