This is nonsense. It would take Europe at least 10 years if ever to replicate the US capabilities. Europe’s industrial base is weak and with energy costs 2 to 4 times higher than in the USA good luck in defending yourself. Based on what this author is proposing the likelihood of WW3 just increased exponentially.
