PIERRE - United States Attorney Alison J. Ramsdell announced today that U.S. District Judge Eric C. Schulte has sentenced a woman from Pierre, South Dakota, convicted of Possession of Child Pornography. Between July 2023 and February 2024, Tucker received and distributed child pornography using instant messaging and social media platforms, including Discord and Wickr. In February 2024, law enforcement executed a search warrant at Tucker’s residence in Pierre, seizing multiple electronic devices that contained child pornography.
