A judge sentenced a Fairhaven man to over two decades in prison on Monday on charges related to sexually assaulting his daughter and four other teen girls, the Bristol County District Attorney’s Office announced. In February 2022, Medeiros lived in Fairhaven with his wife, Leslie Medeiros, another woman he was in a romantic relationship with and several of his children, the district attorney’s office said. The investigation revealed that Medeiros had given the teens alcohol and marijuana while they were visiting his daughter, the district attorney’s office said. The teens became upset and ran from Medeiros’ home at 2 a.m., the district attorney’s office said. Fairhaven police’s investigation into Medeiros led to one of his daughters disclosing that he’d sexually assaulted her “numerous” times, the district attorney’s office said.
