The settlement stems from a 2024 lawsuit in which consumers claimed Poppi drinks didn’t improve gut health as much as advertised. Although the company is not admitting to any wrongdoing, it agreed to an $8.9 million settlement, according to court documents. The settlement involves all Poppi drinks purchased from Jan. 23, 2020 to July 18, 2025. For those without proof of purchase, the maximum claim amount per household is $16.
