TORONTO — Red Sox star rookie Roman Anthony hasn’t begun baseball activities and he’s unlikely to do so in the imminent future. “Being around him a little bit, you can see he’s getting more comfortable,” chief baseball officer Craig Breslow said Tuesday before Boston’s game against the Blue Jays at Rogers Centre. “When it first happened, you could look at him and tell that he was in quite a bit of discomfort and pain. But it’s an injury that we knew would take some time to heal and get back on the field. “Symptoms have completely subsided,” Breslow said.
