Need to give players from a country like Pakistan with a crap first class structure time and space to grow. There are few players who will be consistent and threatening all the time ( Gayle, ABDV level players), but as long as you have a core of players with capability and one or two can come good in a game that's all that matters. Nawaz may now fail for 5 matches and people will call it a fluke, but we need to give him the space to be brave and continue playing this way.
