For some, Viceroy at Ombria Algarve’s allure will be in the GEO-certified 18-hole golf course, designed by Jorge Santana da Silva; for others the chance to get under the skin of Portugal in the unspoilt, rolling, landscape of the eastern Algarve, where storks outnumber people in hilltop villages and donkeys graze in flower-filled meadows.
