MINSK, 23 September (BelTA) - Belarus has increased the volume of its exchange trade with Middle Eastern countries by 29%, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange (BUCE). According to BUCE, in January-August 2025, Belarus' exchange trade with Middle Eastern countries grew in value terms by 29%, reaching $56.4 million. This year, companies from seven countries in the region have conducted deals on the Belarusian exchange platform. These countries account for more than half of the total volume of exchange trade with the Middle East region. For example, exchange trade with the UAE for January-August increased by 45%, and with Türkiye by 9%.
