MOSCOW, 23 September (BelTA) - The commemorative concert Every Third is the highlight of the celebrations to mark the 80th anniversary of Victory, State Secretary of the Belarus-Russia Union State Sergei Glazyev said ahead of the commemorative concert Every Third at the State Kremlin Palace in Moscow on 23 September, BelTA has learned. “For us, holding the commemorative concert Every Third carries immense significance. The commemorative concert Every Third is taking place at the State Kremlin Palace. The concert featured both well-known Soviet songs about the war and Victory, as well as modern compositions on military themes to commemorate every third person who died in the Great Patriotic War. To mark the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, a series of commemorative concerts were held at the Palace of the Republic in Minsk in April 2025.
