Capital40.com is the digital front for Capital 40, a non-FSCA registered scam using fabricated AI trading claims, fake team members, and a Hungarian shell address to lure South Africans into illegal investment schemes. What is really being sold, however, are so-called “AI Packages” with titles like Basic AI, Advanced AI, and Premium AI, each carrying a minimum dollar investment—from $50 (approximately R900) right up to $20,000+ (R360,000+). We also cross-checked with the Hungarian National Bank—which regulates legitimate financial entities in Hungary—and confirmed that Capital 40 is not a licensed financial provider in that country.
