Su-57 assembly plantRussia’s United Aircraft Corporation (UAC) has manufactured over 4 aircraft per month totaling up to 101 aircraft so far in 2025 making it the highest production of fighters during the post-Soviet era. This makes it a 50% growth in aircraft production over 2024 which too saw a sharp rise over the previous year, according UAC General Director, Vadim Badekha as quoted in TvZvezda.ru. The current growth was made up of Su-35S multifunctional fighters and Su-34 front-line bombers. In 2026, the production of fighter jets could be enhanced by the addition of an all-new fighter, the Su-75 single engine light stealth fighter. Civilian projects were hit harder, but they did not stop completely: in 2024, about 160 aircraft and helicopters were built in total.
