I wanted to make sure I check all my boxes before I lock in on a refinance loan. Right now I am working with a broker trying to find a cheaper rate. I already mention to the broker I was looking for Rate that is at least 1% lower than my current rate with no points. My current credit score should be 800+ or at least above 780 and Pay take home is 3789 by bi-monthly. I plan on staying in this house for awhile while I'm working at my current job.
